Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Boston Bruins: Live Score, Updates & Analysis

The Pittsburgh Penguins and Boston Bruins will finally have a chance to finish their season series after their Friday night game was rescheduled for Saturday at 12:30 p.m. ET.

This has been a trying week for the Boston community (and Americans in general) after multiple bombings rocked the Boston Marathon earlier this week, killing three and injuring 141 (according to CNN.com). The bombing was only the start, but the complete video timeline can be seen on CNN's website here.

Thankfully, the Boston Police reported last night via their Twitter account that the two suspects are now in custody and hockey (along with life in general) can resume in Boston.

This game has big playoff implications for the Boston Bruins, as the Bruins are two points back of the Montreal Canadiens for first in the Northeast division, but the Bruins have two games in hand on the Canadiens.

Meanwhile, the Pittsburgh Penguins can move a step closer to clinching home ice throughout the first three rounds of the playoffs with a victory today.
